Job Description:
- Lead the team in conducting market research and survey activities
- Develop new microfinance products and services, and their corresponding marketing plan
- Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the microfinance program’s loan targets
- Train, supervise, and monitor the daily activities of the team
- Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship among staff
- Ensure the safekeeping of all cash, documents, and accountable forms in the possession of the microfinance unit
Qualification
- Preferably college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
- With at least 3 years experience in the related field and capacity
- Proven management, leadership, and presentation skills
- Able to relate and communicate well with local residents, particularly those belonging to the lower income levels.
- Good working attitude, receptive to training and supervision but able to work independently.
- Must be willing, healthy, and fit to do strenuous fieldwork
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- must be a resident of Davao and willing to be relocated
