Job Description:
returns to ensure tax compliance and reference
Perform Monthly Tax Review Program provided by the Tax Compliance Officer and submit deliverables on a timely basis
Assist in the preparation of the Company’s quarterly and year-end tax provisions in accordance with PFRS and BIR Revenue Regulations
Provide updates with regard to new standards and regulations
Re-compute and resolve tax matters from the Accounting Department
Reconcile appropriate general ledger accounts and journal entries to track and maintain balance information
Recommends alternative tax treatments to alleviate or reduce tax burdens
Assist in the Internal Audit Department should additional staff is required
Qualification
Tax Compliance Associate
Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA), work experience of 1 year is encouraged but not required.
If non-CPA, required experience of at least 1 year in tax-related work
Will work and report to Internal Audit and Tax Compliance Officer
