Philippine President Duterte Wanted to Have Extension of Martial Law in Mindanao

According to a reliable source that the proclamation of martial law will soon end but another information says that Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte wanted to extend martial law after called for Congress, this means that the proclamation of Martial Law in Mindanao might have an extension by the end of this year 2017.

The Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella said that Philippine President Duterte is decided to make the martial given a priority of extension and that was after he asks the Congress about this matter,
he has come to the conclusion
that the terrorists attack in Marawi City will not completely end after the given date (July 22) will be reached, this deadline was being announced and approved for a duration of 60-days period of time about the initial Martial Law Proclamation.
For this reason, that because public safety requires it, I call upon the Congress to extend until 31st of December 2017, or for such a period of time as the Congress may determine, the proclamation of martial law and the suspension of the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus in the whole of Mindanao
This statement s said by the Philippine President Duterte and was told or delivered by Ernesto Abella, the letter sent by President Duterte into Congress last Monday Night is expected to send a complete and final report to lawmakers.
Ernesto Abella said that the President Duterte asked permission to have an extension of Martial Law by the end of this whole year of 2017, in order for them (Government Troops) to manage and deal with the damage and crisis situation at Marawi City, "unhampered by deadlines."
The martial Law in Mindanao is announced by the Philippine President Duterte last May 23 during or after the said Islamist Extremists led by the primary terrorist attackers in Marawi called Maute Group and the Abu Sayyaf group, they are responsible for the Marawi Siege to achieve an establish their own Islamic State Province in the Philippines.
